Memak Makine Konya Factory and Office Lighting Project

As Pamir Lighting, we delivered the lighting solutions for the production facility and administrative building of Memak Makine, one of Konya's industrial companies. From production areas to offices, and from outdoor spaces to sections with special risks, we selected different products for the needs of each area and created a complete lighting scheme.

In the production areas, we used Hercules industrial LED luminaires. With high luminous efficacy, lens options with different beam angles and an aluminium body that provides effective cooling, Hercules delivered powerful and uniform lighting to the work areas in the production hall. Pendant, busbar and surface-mounted installation options allowed us to create a layout that suits the arrangement of the production line.

In areas exposed to moisture and dust, we chose Fluent waterproof luminaires with a corrosion-resistant polycarbonate body. With its slim profile and high efficiency, Fluent offered a long-lasting solution in demanding conditions. In sections with a risk of explosion, we provided safe lighting with ATEX-certified 2X LED Exproof Waterproof luminaires marked II 3G Ex ec IIC T6 Gc. On the facade and in the open areas of the facility, we used modular LED floodlights to improve perimeter security and night-time visibility.

In the administrative building, we used aesthetic and comfortable products suited to the character of the space. In meeting rooms and management offices, Galaksi Dolunay Square and Vega Square pendant luminaires created balanced light over the tables and a strong design language with their clean geometry. The Simetri Slim Direct-Indirect pendants used in the work areas direct light both downwards and towards the ceiling, creating a soft, low-contrast environment suitable for screen work. Track Light-3 was used in areas requiring accent lighting, and surface-mounted downlights in corridors and circulation areas.

The luminaires used in the project feature LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and ENEC-compliant constant current drivers. Some of the luminaires also offer dimmable DALI driver and emergency kit options, meeting both energy saving and safety requirements.
