Hercules

Hercules is the linear LED luminaire with the widest power range in the industrial programme, running from 45 W to 220 W and 7,290 lm to 33,660 lm. As the name suggests it is a high-output product, aimed at covering a large area with a single luminaire.

The product is manufactured in sixteen codes across two efficiency families. The U35L family delivers roughly 162 lm/W and the U50L family roughly 153 lm/W; both figures represent the highest efficiency band in the Pamir programme. The eight lengths are 350, 460, 570, 680, 790, 900, 1010 and 1120 mm. In the U35L family EALH13U35L opens at 45 W and 7,290 lm and EALH110U35L reaches 150 W and 24,300 lm. In the U50L family the same bodies are driven harder: EALH13U50L gives 66 W and 10,100 lm, while EALH110U50L gives 220 W and 33,660 lm. Body width is 135 mm across every type and height 77 mm; weight ranges from 1.3 kg to 4.1 kg.

The product is offered with lens options in various light distribution angles; the high-transparency lens directs the light at the chosen angle. That allows the distribution to be matched to ceiling height: a narrow beam carries light to the floor in tall spaces, while a wide beam gives broader coverage under lower ceilings. Three mounting arrangements are available: pendant, busbar and surface. The busbar option makes it possible to position luminaires along a track on long production lines and to move them when the layout changes.

The body is aluminium with an efficient cooling effect, offered in silver. LED modules from LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA are rated at 60,000 hours; the converter is a long-life, low-loss, ENEC-compliant constant current type. Suitable for factories, production plants, warehouses, logistics centres, workshops, assembly lines, hangars, sports halls and wholesale stores.
