Industrial High Bay

Industrial High Bay is a linear LED luminaire built for tall volumes. Unlike round high bay fittings it distributes light along a line, which gives a more efficient layout where the space itself is linear: shelving aisles and production lines. Set parallel to the rack axis, the luminaires produce an unbroken band of light down the aisle.

The product is manufactured in twelve codes, chosen on two axes: four lengths crossed with three power steps. Lengths are 632, 912, 1193 and 1473 mm. The smallest type, EAL2U22L25C, gives 40 W and 4,870 lm; the largest, EAL2U45L25C, reaches 200 W and 24,340 lm. Offering three powers at one length lets illuminance be matched to the room type while the ceiling layout stays fixed: in the 1193 mm body, for instance, 80 W, 120 W and 160 W are available. Body width is 225 mm across every type and height 73 mm; weight ranges from 4.0 kg to 7.8 kg.

Efficacy holds steady at roughly 122 lm/W across every type. That consistency simplifies the lighting calculation on large facilities where different lengths and powers are used together: whichever type is chosen, light output per watt does not change. The product page carries a separate LDT file for each type, which means directly usable data for calculations in software such as DIALux.

The body is aluminium with an efficient cooling effect, offered in white. LED modules from LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA are rated at 60,000 hours; the converter is a constant current, long-life, low-loss type compliant with ENEC standards. Three mounting arrangements are available: pendant, busbar and surface. The busbar option makes it straightforward to reposition luminaires in warehouses where rack axes change over time.
