Panagro Torku Lighting Project

As Pamir Lighting, we delivered the lighting solutions for the cold storage rooms and storage areas at the facilities of Panagro, known for its Torku brand. In these areas, where product safety and uninterrupted logistics flow are critical in the food sector, our aim was to create a reliable, energy-efficient lighting scheme able to withstand demanding environmental conditions.

With their low temperatures, high humidity and tall ceilings, cold storage rooms are among the most challenging spaces to light. In these areas we used Radiant High Bay luminaires. With a structure ranging from three to eight modules and luminous flux values from 16,460 lm to 38,430 lm, this product delivers powerful and uniform lighting down to the racks and the floor in high-ceilinged stores. Thanks to high-transmission lens options with different beam angles, we directed the light precisely according to the ceiling height and rack layout. Its IP67-rated converter also ensures safe operation against the moisture and condensation frequently encountered in cold storage rooms.

Its high efficacy, in the range of around 120-137 lm/W, significantly reduces energy consumption in cold storage rooms that operate around the clock. In addition, the fact that LED technology operates efficiently at low temperatures makes this product an ideal solution for cold environments.

In the storage areas, we chose Aluminium Waterproof luminaires. Offering high heat dissipation and mechanical strength thanks to their corrosion-resistant aluminium body, these luminaires provide a long-lasting solution in warehouse environments exposed to moisture and dust. Delivering balanced lighting between racks and in shipping areas, they contribute to a safe and orderly working environment.

The luminaires used in the project feature an aluminium body with effective cooling, LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and ENEC-compliant constant current drivers. Some of the luminaires also offer dimmable DALI driver and emergency kit options, meeting both energy saving and safety requirements.
