Kayseri Auto Industrial Estate Lighting Project

As Pamir Lighting, we delivered the lighting solutions for Kayseri Auto Industrial Estate in Türkiye. In this area, where maintenance, repair and production activities continue intensively throughout the day, our aim was to create a durable and energy-efficient lighting scheme that allows workers to carry out their tasks safely and productively.

In the production areas, we used Industrial High Bay linear LED luminaires. Unlike round high bay fittings, this product distributes light along a line, providing a more efficient layout in linear spaces such as production lines and work areas. Thanks to its high efficacy, which holds steady at around 122 lm/W across all types, we achieved powerful and uniform lighting in high-ceilinged areas while keeping energy consumption under control. Lengths from 632 mm to 1473 mm, with three power levels at each length, allowed us to set the right light level for every work area, while pendant, busbar and surface mounting options offered flexibility during installation.

In the warehouse areas, we chose 2X Waterproof luminaires. With a grey polycarbonate or ABS body and stainless steel fixings, these luminaires provide a long-lasting and reliable solution in areas exposed to dust and moisture. Delivering balanced lighting between racks and across storage areas, they help materials to be found easily and contribute to a safe working environment.

The luminaires used in the project feature LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and ENEC-compliant, low-loss constant current drivers. Some of the luminaires also offer dimmable DALI driver and emergency kit options, meeting both energy saving and safety requirements.
