Çetin Reklam Production Facility Lighting Project

As Pamir Lighting, we delivered the lighting solutions for the production facility of Çetin Reklam. In a facility where signage, print and advertising products are manufactured, accurate perception of colours, details and dimensions directly affects the quality of the work. For this reason, our aim was to create a powerful and uniform lighting scheme that allows staff to work safely and precisely.

In the production areas, we used Industrial High Bay linear LED luminaires. Unlike round high bay fittings, this product distributes light along a line, providing a more efficient layout in areas with a linear arrangement, such as production lines and workbenches. Thanks to its high efficacy, which holds steady at around 122 lm/W across all types, we achieved powerful and uniform lighting in the high-ceilinged production area while keeping energy consumption under control.

Four lengths from 632 mm to 1473 mm, with three power levels at each length, allowed us to set the right light level for every work area while keeping the ceiling layout fixed. Pendant, busbar and surface mounting options enabled a flexible installation suited to the structure of the facility.

With its aluminium body offering effective cooling, LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and an ENEC-compliant, low-loss constant current driver, Industrial High Bay is a solution that can be used for many years with low maintenance costs in demanding production conditions.
