Matlı Plaza Lighting Project

As Pamir Lighting, we delivered the lighting solutions for Matlı Plaza. In this project, we approached lighting not only as a functional need but also as a design element that brings the brand's corporate identity into the space.

The most striking aspect of the project was that the Galaksi O luminaires were custom-produced in green, Matlı's corporate colour. By going beyond the standard white and black options and producing in a brand-specific colour, we enabled the lighting to blend seamlessly with the plaza's interior architecture and Matlı's corporate identity. Because we carry out every stage from design to production in our own factory, we can respond to special requests like this flexibly and quickly.

In office and meeting areas, we used Galaksi O Direct/Indirect luminaires. This luminaire directs light both downwards and towards the ceiling, with the two light components driven independently. Light reflected from the ceiling softly fills the room and reduces contrast, creating a more comfortable environment for people working at screens.

In the reception and common areas, we used Galaksi O Direct luminaires. Adapting to the scale of each space with a range of diameter options, Galaksi O Direct provides uniform light distribution, while its green ring form creates a strong first impression at the entrance. Surface-mounted downlights in corridors and circulation areas provide effective and balanced lighting without the need for a suspended ceiling, completing the overall coherence of the project.

The Galaksi O luminaires feature an anodised aluminium body, LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and an ENEC-compliant constant current driver. The height-adjustable suspension system, made of 1 mm steel cable and nickel-plated brass parts, offers flexibility during installation. Some of the luminaires also offer dimmable DALI driver and emergency kit options, meeting both energy saving and safety requirements.
