Emlak Konut REIT Istanbul Headquarters Lighting Project

As Pamir Lighting, we delivered the lighting solutions for the Istanbul Headquarters Building of Emlak Konut REIT, one of Türkiye's leading real estate investment trusts. In a building with a strong corporate identity, our aim was to create a lighting scheme that offers an efficient and comfortable environment for employees while supporting the building's prestigious architecture.

In this project, we used Vega Square Surface Mounted and Vega Suspend luminaires, both from the same product family. Because both products derive from the common Vega profile, we achieved a consistent and coherent design language throughout the building, even where different mounting types were used in different areas.

Vega Square Surface Mounted luminaires were fixed directly to the ceiling surface without any suspension components. As a result, no ceiling height was lost and no additional support structure was needed on concrete ceilings. Square sizes from 632x632 mm to 2341x2341 mm, along with rectangular options, allowed us to size the luminaires in proportion to each space. With its clean geometry, Vega Square creates a strong architectural accent on the ceiling while providing balanced and uniform lighting across the area.

Vega Suspend, with its elegant 70 mm linear profile, created clear lines of light that define the space along rows of desks and circulation areas. The height-adjustable suspension system, made of 1 mm braided steel cable and nickel-plated brass parts, offered installation flexibility and a refined appearance. Because the pendant and surface-mounted models share the same power and luminous flux values, we were able to carry out the lighting calculations for the project within a single scheme.

The luminaires used in the project feature an aluminium body, LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and ENEC-compliant constant current drivers. Some of the luminaires also offer dimmable DALI driver and emergency kit options, meeting both energy saving and safety requirements.
