ELARA HONEYCOMP HORIZONTAL

Elara Honeycomb Horizontal is the louvred variant of Elara Horizontal. A grid of hexagonal cells sits over the light-emitting face of the tube; the grid directs the light and reduces glare when the luminaire is seen from the side. Offices where people work at screens, meeting rooms and any space where the luminaire hangs close to eye level benefit directly from that.

The product is manufactured in five codes. PL26SYP140S12T opens the range at 17 W and 1,400 lm in 400 mm, with intermediate steps at 600, 800 and 1000 mm. The largest type, PL26SYP112S12T, reaches 46 W and 3,900 lm at 1200 mm. Tube section is 63 mm across every type; weight ranges from 1.3 kg to 1.9 kg.

Power, flux and dimensions are identical to the unlouvred Elara Horizontal; the only difference between the two products is how the light distribution is controlled. That allows rooms which need glare control and rooms which do not to be resolved on one lighting calculation within a project. The body is anodised aluminium with a satin finish, offered in white and black. LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules are rated at 60,000 hours, with an ENEC-compliant constant current converter. The suspension uses 1 mm steel wire rope and nickel-plated brass parts with adjustable drop. Suitable for shopping malls, markets, offices, meeting rooms, stores, hospitals, schools, corridors, open-plan offices, conference halls, libraries and executive floors.
