Galaksi O Horizon Acoustic -Acoustic LED Luminaire

Galaksi    O    Horizon    Acoustic    brings    the    ring    form    together    with    a    horizon    light    band.    What    separates    it    from    the    standard    ring    model    is    that    light    is distributed    horizontally    as    well    as    downward.    Because    the    ceiling    plane    picks    up    a    share    of    the    light,    the    room    reads    as    more    open    rather    than    carrying the    compressed    feeling    that    purely    downward    lighting    creates.    The    effect    is    most    noticeable    in    glass-partitioned    meeting    rooms,    where    visual    comfort improves    markedly. The    sound-absorbing    body    is    manufactured    from    9    mm    recycled    PET    felt.    Measured    to    EN    ISO    354    with    a    50    mm    air    gap    behind    the    material,    it    reaches an    NRC    value    of    0.70.    The    absorption    coefficient    is    0.87    at    400    Hz    and    0.77    at    2000    Hz.    These    figures    cover    exactly    the    frequency    range    that    causes overlapping    speech    in    office    environments,    and    they    shorten    the    reverberation    time    of    the    space. The    material    carries    a    B-s1,    d0    classification    under    EN    13501-1    and    Class    A    under    ASTM    E84,    and    it    passed    REACH    SVHC    screening    cleanly.    The aluminium    body    comes    in    white    and    black.    LED    modules    from    LUMILEDS,    OSRAM    and    NICHIA    rated    at    60,000    hours,    an    ENEC-compliant    constant    current converter    and    an    adjustable    braided    steel    suspension    are    standard.    A    DALI    driver    and    emergency    kit    are    optional.On request, UGR<19 glare control and CRI 90 colour rendering can also be provided.
