Galaksi Horizon Acoustic -Acoustic LED Luminaire

Where    light    lands    matters    as    much    as    where    it    comes    from.    In    offices    lit    only    from    above,    the    ceiling    stays    dark    and    the    volume    reads    lower    than    it    is. The    horizon    light    band    on    Galaksi    Horizon    Acoustic    spreads    illumination    horizontally,    so    the    working    plane    is    lit    while    the    ceiling    and    upper    walls    also receive    light.    The    resulting    balance    of    brightness    makes    for    a    less    tiring    environment    for    anyone    working    at    a    screen    for    long    stretches. The    sound-absorbing    body    is    made    from    9    mm    recycled    PET    felt.    In    open-plan    layouts,    conversations,    keyboards    and    phone    calls    accumulate    as    they bounce    off    hard    surfaces.    With    an    NRC    of    0.70    measured    to    EN    ISO    354,    this    material    captures    a    significant    share    of    those    reflections    and    helps    bring the    overall    noise    floor    down.    Light    and    quiet    are    achieved    without    adding    separate    acoustic    panels    to    the    ceiling. Fire    behaviour    is    classified    B-s1,    d0    under    EN    13501-1    —    low    smoke    production,    no    flaming    droplets.    ASTM    E84    testing    returned    Class    A.    The    aluminium body    is    offered    in    white    and    black.    LUMILEDS,    OSRAM    and    NICHIA    LED    modules    rated    at    60,000    hours    are    paired    with    an    ENEC-compliant    constant current    converter.    A    dimmable    DALI    driver    and    emergency    kit    can    be    added    as    options.On request, UGR<19 glare control and CRI 90 colour rendering can also be provided.
