Elite Daisy Oval Acoustic -Acoustic LED Luminaire

Lighting    a    rectangular    meeting    table    with    a    circular    luminaire    usually    leaves    the    ends    of    the    table    under-lit.    Elite    Daisy    Oval    Acoustic    resolves    that geometric    mismatch    with    an    oval    form.    When    the    long    axis    of    the    oval    is    aligned    with    the    long    axis    of    the    table,    light    distributes    evenly    across    the surface,    and    people    seated    at    the    head    and    foot    receive    an    illuminance    comparable    to    those    in    the    middle.    Over    long    meetings,    that    reduces    visual fatigue. An    oval    offers    more    absorptive    surface    than    a    circular    model    of    similar    footprint.    The    acoustic    layer,    made    from    9    mm    recycled    PET    felt,    has    an    NRC value    of    0.70    to    EN    ISO    354.    Absorption    coefficients    measure    0.80    at    500    Hz,    0.86    at    630    Hz    and    0.77    at    2000    Hz.    In    rooms    equipped    with    video conferencing,    lower    reverberation    directly    improves    the    clarity    of    what    the    microphone    picks    up. The    material    is    classified    B-s1,    d0    under    EN    13501-1    and    Class    A    under    ASTM    E84,    and    it    passed    REACH    SVHC    screening    cleanly.    The    aluminium    body    is offered    in    white    and    black.    Because    the    suspension    length    is    adjustable,    the    distance    between    luminaire    and    table    surface    can    be    optimised    per    project. LED    modules    rated    at    60,000    hours    and    an    ENEC-compliant    converter    are    standard;    DALI    driver    and    emergency    kit    are    optional.On request, UGR<19 glare control and CRI 90 colour rendering can also be provided.
