Elite Daisy O Acoustic -Acoustic LED Luminaire

Elite    Daisy    O    Acoustic    is    the    ring-form    acoustic    LED    luminaire    in    the    Elite    Daisy    family.    The    lighting    advantage    of    a    ring    is    that    output    spreads    around    a wide    perimeter,    which    largely    removes    the    hard    shadows    and    glare    associated    with    single-point    sources.    Hung    above    a    meeting    table,    it    produces    a comparable    illuminance    at    both    ends    —    significant    for    keeping    faces    evenly    lit    during    video    conference    calls. The    glass,    concrete    and    metal    surfaces    that    dominate    modern    offices    reflect    sound    and    let    it    build    up    in    the    room.    The    luminaire's    absorptive    body, made    from    9    mm    recycled    PET    felt,    captures    part    of    those    reflections.    The    material's    NRC    value    in    reverberation    room    testing    to    EN    ISO    354    is    0.70; absorption    coefficients    of    0.80    at    500    Hz    and    0.65    at    1000    Hz    contribute    directly    to    speech    being    heard    more    clearly. On    sustainability,    the    material    is    based    on    recycled    PET    and    returned    no    substances    above    the    limit    in    REACH    SVHC    screening.    Fire    classification    under EN    13501-1    is    B-s1,    d0.    The    aluminium    body    is    offered    in    white    and    black;    LUMILEDS,    OSRAM    and    NICHIA    LED    modules    rated    at    60,000    hours    are    paired with    an    ENEC-compliant    converter.    A    DALI    driver    and    emergency    kit    are    optional.On request, UGR<19 glare control and CRI 90 colour rendering can also be provided.
